Himakana can be translated as “snowflake” in sanscrit.

Little Special snowflake was our secret internal codename to describe the first work project that we did together.

During that time we discovered that we shared values, that connected our behaviors.

We reject the idea that work can’t be done in a healthy way.

We need to take money out of the relationships and start exchanging values first
